Amorci & Boutique is an online boutique focused on offering quality products, honest service, and a reliable shopping experience. We are a real, independently operated webshop with a growing international customer base, and we are looking for support in managing and growing our online presence.
Job Responsibilities

Manage and grow Amorci’s presence on social media platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that reflects our brand and builds trust with customers.

Respond to comments, direct messages, and customer questions in a timely and professional manner.

Work closely with our customer support support@amorci.com to handle online inquiries and service-related questions.

Monitor reviews, feedback, and overall brand reputation across online channels.

Help develop simple campaigns, promotions, and collaborations to increase traffic and sales.

Report on social media performance and suggest improvements for engagement and growth.
Requirements

Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, webshop, or personal project.

Strong written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

Basic understanding of e-commerce and online customer behavior.

Ability to work independently from home and manage your own schedule.

Comfortable using social platforms, basic design tools, and online communication tools.

A genuine interest in online retail, branding, and customer experience.
